Your preferred partner in international business
Independent consultant specializing in business development and market entry strategies between France, Europe, and Japan. Trilingual and with over twenty years of experience in multinational companies across various sectors, international consulting firms, and as a freelancer, I support Japanese companies seeking to expand into Europe, as well as French and European companies preparing to enter the Japanese market.
These experiences have also led to apply for large-scale, excellence-driven EU-funded projects in the fields of energy transition and renewable energy. This reflects my ability to extend my professional scope beyond the Japan–Europe framework into other strategic regions, including both francophone and anglophone Africa, through various assignments, notably for JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency).
Having graduated from INALCO in Japanese studies and its selective international business school, and also being a laureate of my academy in London as well as the Japanese Ministry of Education (Monbusho), I have built solid expertise in international business, market analysis, intercultural communication, localization, digital marketing and strategic support (fundraising/grants...).
Having led various high value-added projects for private and institutional clients, directly and indirectly, such as for JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) or NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization), I have developed an approach recognized for its efficiency, pragmatism and fine understanding of Japanese and European ecosystems.
I also leverage my experience as a correspondent and analyst for the international press to provide companies with a precise, well-documented, and reliable understanding of their target markets. (Letters of recommendation available upon request.)
